My name is Heinrich Amankwaah Barimah a twenty four year old Ghanaian photographer. I work with the brand name “FoTo Me”.

I didn’t set out to be a contemporary photographer or to create a images relating to contemporary commentary but as my portfolio developed and people started to review my works, the descriptions started to emerge and I began to notice a pattern I hadn’t intended but am now please with. My interest is centered in documentary photography and portraits.

I have chosen to showcase the beauty of Africa (Ghana) through documentary photography. The running theme throughout my images is the remote beauty of Africa (Ghana). It portrays the hidden gems of Africa (Ghana) and depicts the essence of beauty laced across the landscapes of the most remote areas on the continent. In addition, it also showcases the inspiring way of life for the people who live in these unspoiled sceneries.

For me, the most important thing is to know what your camera is capable of because the good camera is dependent on your skills. Making good images is not all about having the latest gears. I always say use whatever you have, to achieve what you want.
The dream is big, the road is my passion and my dream is to inspire people. I am not a pro and I won’t wait to be one before I start shooting. For I want to live a legacy. I want people to be inspired by my works. The future for me is to keep shooting; I never really want to stop.
