Manzi is a traditional and digital self-taught Artist based in Rwanda. In 6 years that he has practiced as a full-time artist, his techniques have varied from pencil, charcoal and pastel drawings to traditional and digital paintings, where his most focus is on figurative and portraiture art.He is best known for realistic portraits of ordinary and occasionally influential figures of our time.

Manzi uses painting softwares with a Wacom Intuos tablet to create digital artworks.
His paintings depict Afro-beauty with feminine energy dominating his subject matter, as they don’t have a singular emotion, but rather an equanimity, serene emotion.
Inspired by a multitude of sources, his digital artworks are executed with bold saturated colors, and playful brushstrokes.
